Where to post anonymous robocalls about Elections?

Tue Dec 11, 2007 at 08:23:30 PM PDT

Living in Iowa, I get a lot of junk robocalls and push polling, despite being on the national and state Do Not Call lists. My FCC complaint form has had no response.  I wish I could return such robocalls to the candidates who send me this tripe.

My question:
Is there any NGO web site that collects or analyzes such calls?

This is what I'm doing about it:
I bought a $20 phone adapter and a $70 digital audio recorder to make the more inane calls available to others. When the calls get bad enough, maybe I can demand some political accountability.

Today, I captured one anonymous pro Ron Paul robocall targeted to registered Democrats.

A Clinton and a Giuliani campaign office call for arrests of noncompliant peace campaigners (edited)

Fri Nov 09, 2007 at 08:56:26 AM PDT

18 to 19 peace campaigners were arrested yesterday in Des Moines.

According to the AP, the peace campaigners were arrested for trespassing.

According to a freelance writer Mike Ferner, Teresa Vilman of the Hillary Clinton campaign said "I'll give you three minutes to leave and then I'll call the police"

I do not have the details of who in the Giuliani campaign called the police or asked for the arrest.

Who else is leading on Impeachment?

Thu Nov 08, 2007 at 02:21:58 PM PDT

Nothing yet on Impeachment from our favorite organisers MoveOn, DFA, TrueMajority, ACLU, ... This week is a busy time for all of them.
Maybe Dennis Kucinich is leading on so many issues that he did not have enough time to coordinate with our activist leaders.
  Let's catch up on impeachment.

Today, I called the Dems on the House Judicial Committee. I did not get a single busy signal. It took less than an hour, thanks to the list by Doc Gonzo at
Doc Gonzo's List.
The Representatives just want to know if we support impeachment of DickCheney. Many are enlightnened cosigners of HRes 333 or voted against tabling.
Tomorrow I'll phone the Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee.
So far activated resources are:
The amazingly convenient After Downing Street have very convenient auto emailers and phone lists.
Randi  Rhodes is great at keeping us up to date and encouraging us to phone.

Who else is leading?
